Call it the Chopsticks Diet: you eat everything (possible) with chopsticks.
The reason for this? It is generally harder to pick up most food with two skinny sticks.
The more slowly you put food in your mouth, the more time your tummy and brain have to process that you are full – something that advocates of mindful eating swear by. So you may end up eating less at meal times.
Also, chopsticks pick up a lot less food than a spoon and a fork would. Think of how you pick up less rice with chopsticks and how easy it is to bulldoze your way through rice with a spoon and a fork.
