10 Things To Do In Singapore: 12 to 19 June

Kampong Kakee
Why you should go: It's the first anniversary of the Kakee mobile app, and across three days, you can take part in stage games, enjoy fringe activities like live DJ sets , snack on sweet treats, and win prizes, including staycations, dining experiences, movie vouchers, and exclusive Kakee merch.

LEGO Football Fest
Why you should go: You like LEGO. We like LEGO. And we like how Compass One’s atrium has been turned into an interactive LEGO football experience with fun challenges, creative play and exciting rewards.
There is the Wall of Fame, where you can build a LEGO jersey to display; Brick Dribble, a playful maze of LEGO-inspired obstacles; and Robo Striker Arena, a football match you can play using LEGO-built robotic vehicles. Of course, you can also get new football-related LEGO sets of football greats Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé and Vini Jr.

Children’s Festival 2026 feat. Disney’s Winnie the Pooh
Why you should go: Gardens by the Bay’s Children’s Festival (滨海湾花园儿童节) is back with a grand celebration marking 100 years of Winnie the Pooh.
Inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood, Supertree Grove has changed into a playful world of immersive installations and outdoor adventures inspired by Pooh and friends, including Singapore’s first Winnie the Pooh zipline and a musical march with supersized inflatables of the characters (towering up to 7m tall).

Last To Ripen, First To Rot
Why you should go: Singer-songwriter Rua (pictured right) teams up with Singapore Literature Prize winner Marylyn Tan for this show that combines music and poetry. Marylyn will read excerpts from her soon-to-be-released book, Unclench, set against an ambient soundscape by Rua to create a unique aural experience you don’t see too often.

Mirror Me Your Memories Act II
Why you should go: This is the sequel to last year's local shoegaze/dreampop mini festival, with promises of more bands and more volume this time.
The line-up includes post-punk band Slump, post-hardcore dreamgazers Red Reverie, indie-mathrock outfit Trekk and others. Find out what Singapore’s young musicians can offer, and get merch like CDs, zines and more at the booths.

An Interrogation
Why you should go: Award-winning actor Lim Kay Siu leads the cast in this mystery thriller about a detective who has to find a missing person. Her only lead is a man who seems willing to help, but does he really? Also starring Nadya Zaheer and Salif Hardie.

AI, Ink
Why you should go: The official site says this show “explores the space between tradition and technology, with occasional contributions from AI.” Translated into human-speak, it’s a musical collective, S.L.Y. – SUREE, Lixian and Yvonne – who showcase the musical possibilities using AI. Great for those who want a gig with a difference.

Cat In The Hat
Why you should go: When Sally and her brother allow the cat in the hat into their home one rainy day, it becomes one crazy afternoon they will never forget. Based on the best-selling book by Dr Seuss, this theatrical production is a treat for the whole family.

Bonfire 你我之間
Why you should go: It’s a dance performance blending Dao-inspired theatre practices with movement and form, or, in this case, formlessness. Performed by Wushiren (吾是人), a physical theatre group that loves to explore “theatre beyond theatre”, this show promises to push the boundaries of performance art.

Supergirl: Heroes With Paws
Why you should go: To mark the release of the new Supergirl movie starring Milly Alcock and Krypto the Superdog, Wisma Atria is hosting this event featuring SOSD’s canine chums.
If you’re a superhero fan, dog lover or simply looking for a fun weekend outing, come meet these rescue dogs in a superhero-inspired “paw-rade” and learn about their rescue journeys. You can also take part in fun on-stage games and interactive Q&As for a chance to win prizes.

[Bonus Event!] Wheeler's Live Mid-Year Party
Why you should go: Popular weekend hangout Wheeler's Estate will play host to a selection of local makers, creators, and brands, while you can take part in wellness activities and enjoy music from the likes of Haldi Honey, Floral Sky and Shirlyn + The Unexpected, among others. Oh, and there’s a free beer activation as well.
