1. ARTWALK Little India
This year marks the 6th edition of ARTWALK Little India, a multi-sensory art experience that uses different mediums such as wall murals, music and performances to convey Little India’s history and heritage. From thought-provoking murals to interpretive dances, sound painting workshops and even an Indian martial arts class, this festival is not to be missed.

2. Light to Night Festival
The Light to Night Festival is back, bringing with it an array of programmes that run from morning till late into the night. Using light, sound and movement to transform the Civic District, this festival breathes life into cultural institutions like the Asian Civilisations Museum and Victoria Theatre, showcasing them in a new light. Explore 10 interactive exhibits including a glowing optical maze and giant five stones, then check out the other activities this festival has to offer such as comedy performances, pop-up bookstores and blackout poetry workshops.

3. Dutch New Year’s Dive
Although New Year’s Day was last week, it’s never too late to adopt a new tradition. Based on the Dutch tradition of leaping into the sea to celebrate the start of a new year, this event encourages you to take a leap of faith as you face the year ahead. You can also look forward to traditional Dutch games like Snoephappen and delicious snacks like Broodje Kroket and Patatje Oorlog.

4. RE-MIX Festival
Experience a fresh take on Chinese New Year at the RE-MIX Festival, where traditional culture meets modern influence. 5. Australia Bushfire Fundraiser
Our soldiers are doing their best to aid relief efforts, but if you want to help out as well, here’s your chance. Neon Pigeon is hosting a buffet brunch this Sunday, with all proceeds going to Australian charities for rural firefighters, wildlife charities and community rebuilding. There will also be a host of other fundraising activities such as a silent auction, bar tours and cooking classes. Let’s do our part to help our Australian neighbours during this crisis.

6. NOKA Hokkaido Restaurant Fair
Having withdrawals from your winter vacation to Japan? Satisfy your cravings for uni, scallops, sushi and more at NOKA's Hokkaido Restaurant Fair, which runs until January 22nd. Some menu highlights include Hotate Ceviche, Hokkaido Kaisen Don, and Kani Miso Asparagus, all conceptualised by Takuma Seki, Head Chef of NOKA. All dishes are made with special Hokkaido products as well as fresh veggies from the restaurant's urban rooftop garden at Funan Mall.
