Indie Pride
If Singapore’s indie music scene is your happy place, this is your chance to catch a stacked lineup and support the people keeping the city’s DIY music culture alive. Part of The Substation’s Gathering Ground season, it brings together four homegrown acts: punk veterans Opposition Party (celebrating their 40th anniversary), emo/math rockers Forests, pop-punk favourites The State of Mind, and alt-rock newcomers Ultra Mega Cat Attack. Expect loud guitars, plenty of indie spirit, and discover your next favourite local act. There’s also a special pre-show event with the bands at 3pm, led by musician/educator Ginette Chittick.

Singapore Tennis Open
If you like good service, then the Singapore Tennis Open 2026 is where you want to be. You'll get WTA 500-level tennis and some seriously big names, including Mirra Andreeva, Amanda Anisimova, Alexandra Eala and Janice Tjen. Apart from the action on the courts, there are player meet-and-greets, tennis clinics, live screenings and giant tennis games. Basically, everything you need to make your week feel more interesting than scrolling in bed. The ball is very much in your court.

Moonbeats: Afterdark
Science Centre. At night. With DJs. Yep. Because apparently normal nightlife isn’t enough. We're in full Mid-Autumn mood with the Moonbeats party, where the galleries turn into a giant after-hours playground. Pick your silent disco vibe, get lost in the Mirror Maze, dance beside carnivorous plants and go hunting for the mysterious “Dark Side of the Moon” room. PS: Your ticket also comes with a TCM-inspired botanical mocktail by Luli and access to everything in the Celestial Nights event that day too.

The Radicalisation of Mrs Mary Lim-Rodrigues

Michelle Tan’s thought-provoking play shows what happens to school principal Mary Lim-Rodrigues after a devastating incident involving a troubled student forces her to rethink everything she believes about helping others. Fred Perry DNA
Three bands, 1 DJ and one iconic brand. Even though Fred Perry is known for its sports/lifestyle attire, the event is aimed at celebrating the communities and creative culture behind that brand. Musicians GNAW, Mary Sue and Cactus Cactus will perform, plus you get a DJ set by Ayano too. There's also a vinyl listening corner, table tennis, and light bites and drinks, so you get more than music.

Courage Starts With A Check
Taking charge of your wellness starts here. This gathering kicks off a series of events for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by the Singapore Cancer Society. You’ll get live music from Hady Mirza, practical styling workshops, interactive fireside chats, free goodie bags, and those eligible can even get on-site mammogram screenings on the Mammobus. Open Call: National Gallery's TikTok Creative Residency
We don't normally put job applications here (we're not LinkedIn), but this one caught our eye. If you've always wanted to up your content creator game, why not become the National Gallery's TikTok Resident? The residency lasts from Dec 2026 to March 2027, and focuses on their year-end blockbuster exhibition "Pop after Pop: Art around Us"; the flagship festival "Light to Night Singapore 2027"; and exclusive access at the Gallery.

Project Dignity's Pay It Forward Meal Program
We can all agree that everyone deserves a warm meal and a moment of dignity. With Project Dignity, you can sponsor freshly cooked meals for people who need them most: seniors living alone, low-income families, persons with disabilities, and the homeless. It only costs $5, but each meal does more than feed someone: it fuels a cycle of community and compassion, and provides jobs and training for persons with disabilities and the disadvantaged. Project Dignity also runs Dignity Kitchen, a canteen selling halal dishes, where proceeds also go to this program.

AI, Copyright & Your Creative Work
So the Ministry of Law and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) has launched a Public Consultation on AI and Singapore's intellectual property framework. But what does that mean? This session is intended to help arts practitioners (but everyone, really) better understand the issues being considered in the public consultation, and to discuss and exchange views with arts practitioners and legal experts.
